Made for the Steiff Summer Festival 2019, Top Hat bear is made of white alpaca. He is a hand puppet, that comes out of a felt top hat. You can move him easily with the wooden stick.
The bear has black safety eyes, a red embroidered nose and is fun to play with or display.
