Steiff Nora, circa 2002

This bear is from a Pat and Nora Set (inspired by 2 passengers on the Titanic). Nora is made of short pile caramel-grey mohair with black glass eyes and felt paw pads. She is elaborately dressed in a hand-knitted sweater, a cream cotton skirt, a petticoat with broderie Anglaise decoration, lace-trimmed bloomers and leatherette shoes. Number 1020 of a limited edition of 1500. There is neither box nor certificate but she has her cotton and wood sunshade, and is as new with button and ear tag.
