Postage and Delivery Information
We deal with all online transactions personally and will always choose and pack your bear with care. Most bears are in stock and can be sent within 5 working days. We will notify you if there will be a delay. Charges for post, insurance and packing are:-
UK – £5 for one bear, £10 for two or more bears (or free for orders over £500);
Overseas – £10 for one bear, £20 for two or more bears (or free for orders over £500).
We price our bears fairly. If you find one of our bears at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price if it is from a legitimate dealer and not on special offer.
We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal on this site, cards accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo. We do not accept American Express. We will not process your payment until the item(s) are ready for dispatch.
If you choose to pay by credit or debit card our payment page is on a secure server, which means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted while they are being sent from your computer to our server. The card details are then encrypted before being stored on our server.
Teddy Bears of Witney do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us up to 48 hours after you receive the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course credit your payment card including the return postage along with the full purchase price of the goods. However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will have to pay for the return delivery via Royal Mail / Parcel Force and we will refund the original payment for the goods, less the original postage costs.
Please contact us via email with your full details and product information before returning the product back to us, so we can advise you on how to return the goods safely. Full refunds are only possible if the goods are returned back to us safely, in an unused condition.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and before the delivery date requested.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
All prices include 20% VAT where applicable.
